Customers to Pick up and Return Hire Items

Important Collection and Return information 

Pick-up and Return times available: Monday to Friday 8 am-3:30 pm.

Please ensure your vehicles have suitable space for the items you are picking up.

A Late fee starting from $50.00 is charged for any hires that are not returned by the agreed time.

Additional charges will incur if the hire items are not returned in the same condition as they were picked up.

Please bring photo identification for collection.

If you wish to nominate someone else to collect the hire items on your behalf, please ensure that you notify us by email before the collection date.

WE DELIVERY / PICKUP OF HIRE ITEMS FROM THE VENUE

We Deliver / Pickup Hire Items

A delivery fee will be charged for all deliveries based on the distance from our warehouse located in Mississauga to your Residential / Venue address.

In addition, a before-hours and after-hours fee are charged where delivery and pick-up areas outside standard business operating times of 8 am-3 pm on weekdays and 8 am-5 pm on weekends.

All deliveries are subject to the availability of Trademark Props and will be confirmed by Trademark Events prior to the delivery.

Residential Address Deliveries Please provide a minimum three-hour delivery and collection window.

Deliveries will only be delivered to the front door or front garage door unless a setup fee has been paid prior to the delivery.

For pickup, all items are to be repacked in their special container/packing system and placed in the drop-off place ready for collection at the agreed time.

Venue Address Deliveries Please ensure that you have confirmed the delivery and pickup times with your venue.

Items will not be set up and packed down at your venue unless a setup fee has been paid.

The Hire items will be delivered to the front door of the venue/ground floor only.

Additional “waiting” charges will apply if our staff cannot gain access to the venue at the delivery times recorded in this document.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Delivery Details

Please complete and detail any specific delivery/collection issues that may cause delivery problems or delays

Please provide as much information as possible. If delivery issues are identified on the day of delivery or collection an additional charge will be incurred

Is there Off Street parking for our vehicles? Access to a loading bay? Is there parking height or time restrictions? Is there difficulty in accessing the venue i.e., narrow driveway, large overgrown trees reducing access? Distance from the entrance to the driveway to the venue

Is delivery to a floor other than the ground floor? If so, is there access to a lift? Is the lift access doors and height suitable for the items you have hired? What is the distance from the parking to the delivery site?

Will the delivery/collection involve taking hire items upstairs/downstairs? Please provide details of the number of stairs and distance from the parking to the delivery site.

As some of the hire items are quite large, please confirm door access height and width if hiring larger items.

Specific time restrictions imposed by the venue or the local council in relation to the delivery or collection of these hire items? 

Please provide any other access, delivery or collection issues that you believe will cause us concerns.

Once the form has been completed, we will send over the invoice with a contract for more information please see terms and condition
