The difference between a full decor setup and balloon decor

With the full decor setup, we take on the whole event and fully plan the event. From planning the event from top to bottom and we take everything off your hands. Your only job is to tell us the theme and show up looking dressed to impress.

With the balloon decor, we just only take care of the backdrops and balloon garlands.

You tell us the theme/ colour scheme. We come on time and setup the balloon decor.

The sooner the better. You can always make a last-minute order if we are available for your date, but an extra fee may apply. Give us at least one to two weeks before your event to make sure that everything will be exactly the way you want.

Yes, you definitely can. Keep in mind that only inflated balloons are available for pickup. Some designs are way too big to be picked up, so they are only sold with a delivery.

Our company is based in Mississauga/Burlington and we do provide service within Southern Ontario.

That would include Halton Region, Peel, City of Toronto, York Region and Durham.

The delivery fee usually starts at $89.99 and depends on the distance.

The installation fee is free for simple constructions such as balloon bouquets but will apply to arches and backdrops. Usually runs from $59.99 and up but may be higher, depending on the number of decorations.

A late/early fee of $100 will apply if decorations are supposed to be brought before 9 am and after 10 pm.

Last-minute orders (one day before or the same day deliveries) will be charged a rush fee of $100.00

Strike fee. If you would like us to remove all the balloon decorations after the event you will be charged a strike fee of $150.00.

Full setup decor service fees fluctuate on the type of event. It also depends on how many hours it will set up and take down travel time, and prepare for the event.

A holiday fee of $100 will be applied on a holiday/Sunday event depending on how big the event is.

A security deposit of $100 for certain props and backdrops for your event. This is in place for the safety that our items do not get damaged.

Damages cost is solely responsible for the rental equipment while under their care, custody and control. Willful abuse, negligence, theft, or missing items is the total responsibility of the client. Unreturned items will be billed at replacement value.

We offer pickup for items that are $200 and under.

All our items are handled by us. A Minimum Rental Order is $500 and A Minimum Garland order is $200 up for delivery.

The Rental item price does not include the Setup or Delivery and Pickup Fee.

The cutoff time for pickup is 9 pm. After Hour Pickup fee will be charged accordingly. If for any reason we cannot pick up at the time agreed, $80 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the time of pick up, no exceptions,
